A teacher and coach at heart.
Dr. Eli brings the perspective of a teacher, coach, practice owner, mixed animal veterinarian, and emergency hospital medical director to conversations about leadership and purpose.
He and his wife, Cassi, own a small animal hospital in Seminole, Oklahoma. Together they also bought, grew, and sold a mixed animal practice. Before veterinary medicine, Eli was a juvenile probation officer and middle school math teacher.
Whether speaking to veterinary teams or audiences outside the profession, Eli explores how people build trust, lead through change, care for others, and sustain their passion for meaningful work.
