Dr. Eli, the writer
Dr. Eli is a veterinarian, medical director, practice owner, and writer of fiction and veterinary stories. He and his wife, Cassi, own a small animal hospital in Seminole, Oklahoma. His career has included mixed animal general practice, relief medicine, emergency care, and hospital leadership.
He writes about adventure, family, leadership, and the often funny and deeply human experiences of veterinary medicine. He lives in Oklahoma with Cassi and their sons, Conner and Caden.
